This is a generous sized room where the original line of the hay loft has been retained, together with an exposed stone wall. It is furnished in light oak and has a comftable King-sized bed easy chairs for watching TV or simply gazing through the the window and absorbing the stunning views over Comb Scar and the Surrounding sheep-grazed fells.

'The Dairy' is a cosy suite of character on the ground floor but on two levels. The bedroom is approched down two stone steps and has a polished flag floor ( with a rug, of course ) . It has a double bed and easy chair. There are three norrow windows, one of which looks towards Helms Knott, the others look on to the side garden. The upper level has a halway and shower room with a generous walk-in shower.

This is also a ground floor bedroom, but all on one level. The original Louis XV twin beds are three inches wider than a single bed and have deep, handmade mattresses. There are stunning vies overs the meadows, towards Comb Scar and Middleton Fell. The Spacious shower room has a large shower unit.
